Picking Up An Order
Orders can be picked up during our ordinary
business hours . Walk-Ins welcome , but best if
pre-arranged .

Method Of Payment
Orders can be paid by the following: Visa , Mastercard , , Discover , Personal check , Money
orders or Cash .  COD's Only acceptable on parts that are sent Fed-Ex.

Merchandise Returns
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions :
The return is under the 30 day refund policy that is stated on invoice .
Customer must first call ahead at (586)254-2835 to retain authorization
of returns . We will only accept returns if the part is incorrect
to what was ordered , and must contain copy of original invoice . Items
will not be accepted if altered , mis-shapen , painted , etc....
If we decide to accept returned items there is a 25% re-stocking fee .
Returned shipping charges will be paid by us if there was a mistake
on our behalf . If we approve return please do not send parts back COD ,
shipping will be reimbursed . If items are damaged , call us first and
we can have the parts picked up .

Damaged Returns
PLEASE DO NOT Send back any damaged items to us without
notifying us first . We ship via Fed-Ex or by Truck Freight .
There is a seperate procedure for each . If items are shipped to
you by Fed-Ex and parts are damaged please follow the above
merchandise return policy . If parts are damaged on Truck Freight
you MUST FIRST FILE A DAMAGE CLAIM WITH FREIGHT CO.
Then contact us to reorder , and the freight company will reimburse you .
If you return a Truck freight item without our consent it will be refused .

Shipping
If Items are sent by Truck Freight then the shipping is paid for on
delivery . Please call for quote first . If items are shipped by Fed-Ex
the shipping is billed at the same time as the parts are .
